Meakor

Terms of Service and Service Agreement

Last updated October 31, 2026

This agreement is between Meakor LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Meakor”, “we”), and the business that signs up for the Service (“you”). It applies when you pay through a Meakor checkout link, start a free trial, or use the Service. By doing any of these, you agree to it.

1. What the Service does

The Service answers your business calls with an AI voice assistant, takes messages, captures caller details, may transfer calls, and may book appointments if you use a calendar. It emails you about calls and shows them in your online portal. It is software: it can misunderstand callers or make mistakes, and it is not a replacement for emergency services. Meakor sets up the Service for you during onboarding.

2. Plans, included minutes and overage

PlanMonthly feeIncluded minutes
Starter$199300
Growth$349700
Premium$5991,500

3. Free trial

If you receive a free trial, it lasts the number of days stated at checkout (usually 14). A payment method is required to start. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your paid subscription starts automatically when it ends and your card is charged the monthly fee. Trial usage is limited to 100 minutes. Meakor may end a trial that is being abused. Any setup fee waived for the trial may be charged if you continue after it, only if stated in your order.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

5. Your responsibilities

6. Phone numbers and forwarding

Phone numbers and telephony are provided through third-party carriers and providers. You are responsible for your own carrier's call-forwarding settings. We can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and calls may not connect during carrier or provider outages. If you cancel, we may release any number we provided to you.

7. Data and privacy

You own your business data and call content. You give us permission to process it, including with our service providers, to provide the Service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We keep call data for a limited period and then delete it as described there.

8. Service providers

The Service relies on third-party providers for voice, telephony, hosting, email and payments. Their outages or changes may affect the Service. We may replace providers if the Service stays substantially the same.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or change features. We may suspend or end accounts that violate this agreement or for non-payment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meakor isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost business, lost profits or missed calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and reimburse us for claims arising from your business information, your instructions to the assistant, or your violation of law or this agreement.

12. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
