Questions

Does it sound like a robot?: It uses a natural, modern voice and keeps answers short. It never claims to be human and answers honestly if a caller asks whether it's an AI.
Will it make things up?: No. It only uses the information you give us, and only quotes prices you've approved. If it doesn't know something, it takes a message.
Can it book appointments?: Yes. It books onto a calendar we provide, or onto your own Google Calendar if you prefer, and emails you each booking.
What about emergencies and sales calls?: Emergencies can be put through to your cell. Sales calls asking for the owner get a polite message-taking, and customers are never turned away.
